How we do it
As the number of integrations has increased, there are two different ways that the industry has adapted.
In this method when a candidate clicks apply, the job board sends the profile and resume documents. We then package that data and send it to the destination ATS so the candidate can land on a pre-populated application form. This reduces friction and frustration for candidates when they are applying for multiple jobs or on a mobile device. While in some cases we are not going to have enough data to complete the application, this method follows the traditional candidate redirect flow to the ATS. This allows candidates to get the full brand experience at the ATS.
In this method, the candidates never leaves the job board to complete the applications. When a candidate clicks apply, we are able to retrieve the custom questions for the candidate to compete the entire application on the job board and send the complete application to the ATS. This process has been proven to dramatically increase the number of completed applications.
